  • Remote regions such as parts of Jammu & Kashmir, North-East India, or areas affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays may experience delivery times of up to 10–14 working days.

  • In rare cases where the product is out of stock or under high demand, shipping may take longer. We will inform you promptly in such cases.

  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our team at support@kartixfashion.com and we’ll assist you immediately.

⚠️ Delivery Marked as "Delivered" But Not Received?

If your tracking shows the product as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • First, check with family members, neighbours, building security, or office reception/mailroom, as the package may have been handed over to them.

  • If the product is still missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification at support@kartixfashion.com.

  • We will raise the issue with the courier partner and conduct a full investigation. If found genuine, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

  • Note: If we are not informed within 48 hours of delivery notification, it becomes difficult to take further action, and Kartix Fashion will not be held responsible.
