At Kartix Fashion, we strive to ensure that every product you receive is crafted with perfection and packed with care. Each item undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch to uphold our promise of delivering premium clothing and custom-printed merchandise that reflects our high standards.

🔄 Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of delivery (including the day of delivery).

To initiate the process, please write to us at support@kartixfashion.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and relevant photos (if applicable).
🎯 What’s Eligible for Exchange or Return

Products from our main store collection (non-customized) are eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:

Incorrect product delivered

Size mismatch

Genuine defect or damage (supported by photographs)

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.

Exchanges will be processed for the same product in a different size, or for the correct product if a wrong item was delivered.

If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference online.
🚫 What’s Not Eligible

Customized products (with personalized prints, names, or designs) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Products that have been used, washed, or altered will not qualify.

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds, but size exchange may be permitted (if applicable).

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for minor variations in color, print placement, or design detailing due to lighting or digital screens.

If the product damage is found to be a result of mishandling after delivery, no return or refund will be processed.
🔁 Reverse Pickup & Charges

We offer free reverse pickup for exchange requests due to size issues or incorrect product delivery.

In rare exceptional return cases (without any delivery or product issue) that are accepted at our discretion, a flat Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse logistics costs.
💵 Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where a defective product is delivered or if the requested exchange is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to a bank account provided by the customer within 5–7 working days of the product passing inspection at our end.
✅ Important Guidelines

Always inspect the package before accepting it. Do not accept visibly damaged parcels.

Exchange/Return requests will be honored only once per order.

Kartix Fashion reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.

Our support team works between 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday) and typically responds within 24 working hours.
